Two Wristbands, One Long Saturday: How Gobles' October Weekends Actually Work

October 8, 2026

"Be sure to return with your wristband and a flashlight!" That line sits on the attractions page at Harvest Moon Acres, just under a sentence most visitors skim past. Saturday admission in October also covers Flashlight Nights in the corn maze on the day you buy it. The $15 wristband you get at 10 a.m. is still good when the maze goes dark at 9 p.m.

A few miles of M-40 away, Klassic Arcade sells a $10 wristband with the same logic. It covers free play on every pinball and arcade game, and it works at the company's other locations on the same day. Put those two together with the Gobles Antique Mall's Saturday hours, and an October Saturday in Gobles can run eleven hours on two admissions. Gobles has four Saturdays left this season: October 10, 17, 24 and 31.

What the Saturday wristband at Harvest Moon Acres covers

Harvest Moon Acres, at 18725 M-40, opened its 2026 season on September 19 and closes for the year on November 1. The $15 Corn Maze & Fun Park ticket includes the giant corn maze, the hayride, pumpkin patch access, the Fun Zone and the Animal Barn. Children under 2 get in free. The main maze covers 5 acres, and there's a mini maze for smaller kids. The Fun Zone includes the Cattle Castle & Hay Bale Slide, Duck Races, a Kids' Zipline, Punchin' Pumpkin and the Saloon Shootout Apple Slingshot.

The schedule is what makes Saturday different from the other open days:

  • Saturdays in October: Corn Maze & Fun Park from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., then Flashlight Nights from 6 to 9 p.m. The night maze is included with your day ticket, or $12 on its own.
  • Fridays in October: Flashlight Nights only, 6 to 9 p.m., $12 per person.
  • Sundays: Corn Maze & Fun Park from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., $15 per person, with no night maze.
  • Monday through Thursday: Closed to the public. Evenings from 6 to 9 p.m. are booked for private groups by appointment.

A Friday flashlight ticket costs $12 and gets you the maze and the hayride. For $3 more, a Saturday ticket gets you those same three night hours plus eight daytime hours of everything else. Anyone planning more than two visits should look at the $35 season pass, which covers the same attractions as the day ticket.

Two rules change how the day plays out. The farm sells its last ticket one hour before closing each night, and all hours depend on the weather. The farm's Facebook page is where it posts schedule changes before you drive out. Admission doesn't cover pumpkins, animal feed or concessions. The snack stand menu includes hot dogs, apple cider, fresh apple cider donuts and kettle corn.

Lady Liberty, after Bigfoot

The 2026 maze theme is "Lady Liberty," a route that winds through the Statue of Liberty's torch and crown to mark America's 250th birthday. It follows last year's "BIG FOOT: Myth or Real?" and 2024's "MAD SCIENTIST!" The farm's own instruction for the night version is to bring a flashlight in case you "get lost!" Families who walked the maze in daylight during September can come back in October and walk the same 5 acres in the dark.

The second wristband, on the other end of town

Klassic Arcade grew out of a Gobles pole barn. Kevin Ketchum and his cousin Kim filled a building south of the village with pinball and arcade games at the end of 2003. The business outgrew those 2,000 square feet, and in 2017 Klassic Arcade 2.0 opened downtown, doubling its space. The original building later reopened on weekends. The new location sits about 1 1/2 miles north of the original M-40 site, in downtown Gobles.

Today the two Gobles locations keep different hours:

Location Address Hours posted
Klassic Arcade 1.0 22711 M-40 Highway Saturday noon to 4 p.m., if staffing is available
Klassic Arcade 2.0 206 South State St. Friday 4 to 8 p.m., Saturday noon to 8 p.m., Sunday noon to 5 p.m.
Klassic Arcade 3.0 200 S. Gremps St., Paw Paw Friday 4 to 8 p.m., Saturday noon to 8 p.m., Sunday noon to 5 p.m.

A single $10 wristband covers free play at all three on the same day. Saturday is the only day all three are scheduled to be open at once, and 1.0 only has a four-hour window even then. The hours page is headed "Back to School Hours," so it's worth calling 269-628-9079 before you build a day around 1.0.

Where the antique mall fits

The Gobles Antique Mall at 120 S State Street is open Thursday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday from noon to 5 p.m. When it opened in July 2025, WOOD-TV reported 45 vendors across two floors and more than 2,300 visitors on opening weekend. Its Fall Vintage Market on October 3 grew big enough that the mall expanded into the connected backyard space next door to fit every vendor.

On a Saturday, the mall and Klassic Arcade 2.0 share State Street and overlap from noon to 6 p.m. That overlap ends exactly when the corn maze switches over to flashlight hours.

One October Saturday, hour by hour

Lined up on the clock, the posted hours fit together with almost no gaps:

Time Open on M-40 and State Street
10 a.m. Harvest Moon Acres day hours begin. Gobles Antique Mall opens.
Noon Klassic Arcade 2.0 opens. Klassic Arcade 1.0 opens if staffed.
4 p.m. Klassic Arcade 1.0 closes.
5 p.m. Last daytime ticket sold at Harvest Moon Acres.
6 p.m. Antique mall closes. Harvest Moon day hours end, and Flashlight Nights begin on the same wristband.
8 p.m. Klassic Arcade 2.0 closes. Last flashlight ticket sold.
9 p.m. Flashlight Nights end.

The last daytime ticket sells at 5 p.m., an hour before the day session ends. Families who only want the night maze can arrive at 6 and buy the $12 Flashlight Nights ticket.

The four Saturdays left, and what each adds

Each remaining weekend at Harvest Moon Acres has its own theme:

  • October 10–11, College Football Weekend. Wear team gear for a chance at two season passes, and look for U of M and MSU sprinkle donuts.
  • October 17–18, Community Days. Bring nonperishable food for Eleanor's Pantry and get $1 off admission per item, up to $1 per guest. Donors also get a chance at two season passes for next year.
  • October 24–25, Great Pumpkin Weekend. Buying a jack-o'-lantern enters you in a drawing for two of next year's season passes.
  • October 31 – November 1, Halloween Harvest Weekend. Wear a costume for a pass drawing, and pumpkins, squash and gourds are buy-one-get-one. It's the farm's last weekend of the year.

Community Days sends food to a pantry just down the road. Eleanor's Pantry operates at 221 Drew St. in Paw Paw and serves people facing food insecurity in the Paw Paw and Lawton communities. A collaboration of local organizations, churches and community leaders formed it in 2009. It takes no government funding and is run by its board and about fifty other volunteers. The October 17 drop-off at the corn maze is the easiest way to give from the Gobles side of the county. Anyone who wants to stay involved after November 1 can volunteer by calling Sue Miller at 269-370-2676.

The Halloween weekend falls on a Saturday this year, so October 31 is the last date for the full eleven-hour run. On that same Saturday, Klassic Arcade 2.0 is open until 8 and the antique mall until 6, if their current posted hours hold.

For a slower Saturday morning before the maze opens, the Kal-Haven Trail has a Gobles trailhead and a crushed-limestone surface. The Friends of the Kal-Haven Trail list fall color as one of its seasonal draws and caution that wet weather can soften the surface.

At Sold By Group, we pay the same attention to the small print on a property, like what a price actually covers and which hours or rules change the math, that this post pays to an October Saturday ticket. If you're weighing a renovation, a sale, or a move to a place with more room for pumpkins on the porch, Sold By Group is glad to talk it through. Schedule your free home consultation.
