We really appreciate her dedication and how comfortable she made us feel throughout the whole process. Michelle was unable to show me the house after I got out of work late because she had other showings, but she made sure another agent was able to show me at such a late hour. She really helped work around my busy schedule. Michelle understood the type of neighborhood, school, and house we were looking for. She was always active in sending us houses that met our needs and what was important to me and my family. Michelle was amazing from start to finish. As a first-time home buyer, she was able to answer all my questions, helped me find a home inspector, helped me get pre-approved, and provided all the contact information I needed to get set up after buying a house. The seller left all their furniture and other unwanted things in the house that I requested to be removed, which was a huge disappointment. Michelle and her husband went above and beyond.
